About Tracey Rubenstein, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I know how it feels to have a secret, and to feel hurt. I also know how it feels to be supported, heard and understood. It’s your turn. I became a therapist to give you what helped me most: expert support.

I founded Strength to Strength to provide a safe and nurturing environment for adults to understand and master their anxiety, depression, and fear caused by a traumatic or painful life experience.

I work with people who are ready to explore the underlying causes of their pain and want to reclaim their self-compassion and love for others in order to lead healthier, happier and highly productive lives.

My Style of Psychotherapy

One of the most important aspects of therapy is for you to feel safe and supported. I use a direct, honest and gentle style of exploring any issue you are facing. Strength to Strength is your safe haven where whatever you say will be listened to and accepted without judgment.

I offer both group therapy and individual therapy. Based on your treatment goals and needs, we will develop an individualized program for you that may involve one-on-one therapy, group therapy or a combination.

Experience in Clinical Social Work

You can be confident that by choosing me as your therapist, you will be working with a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience and success. I have extensive experience in the areas of victim advocacy, individual and group psychotherapy and trauma resolution.

My Clinical Education and Licenses

I became a licensed clinical social worker in 2001 after earning my Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University and completing a 12 month clinical internship at DePaul Hospital in New Orleans. Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate work at Middlebury College. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Florida Qualified Supervisor for Registered Social Work Interns, and I am licensed in Florida, Arkansas, and New York.

No matter how badly you feel, there is a safe haven. Please call me at 561-213-7638 or contact me online to schedule a preliminary no-obligation session. We’ll get to know each other and determine how best to begin your healing journey.
